Welcome to The Melted Cheese Raclette.

Our food trailer 'Audrey' is run by us, Sophie and Sadie two sisters from Dorset. We spend our days scraping bubbling melted raclette cheese straight off the grilled wheel onto all different dishes. 

We cater for all events around the South of England, including private hire.
